I'm sure most of us can think of examples where we give ourselves to something/someone, pour our energy into it/them, and are left feeling DRAINED! Of course there are many possible subtle energetic reasons for this, or more fundamental reasons like your human design - but I digress. Often, I believe, we can find the root course in us giving our life force energy away.
That's why it's so important to do what we can do "plug" back in. And not just physically, but spiritually and energetically as well. A practice that I love to do in addition to the "physical, 3D" grounding above, is energetic grounding. I first came across this concept in a book on energy healing, and over time made it into my own little ritual.
Do you find yourself repeating patterns over and over, in your relationships, in your career, in your self talk, in your finances... the list goes on. And how frustrating!
